Operator and Operator Console do not provide a way to configure SSH private key for Git hooks

For BAPL-1445 we documented the creation of custom images of Business Central for Git hooks.

However, it turned out that there is no way to use these images for operator deployment. (Our agreement was to document this for operator, as templates are deprecated).

For KIE server, the following part of the CRD provides the settings:

There is a corresponding set of settings in the Console if you clock the "Set KIE Server Image" button.

If we want BAPL-1445 to be usable with operator we need to add similar YAML configuration and similar console settings for the Business Central.

Alternatively, to mitigate, we can move the documentation to template, however this relies on a deprecated solution.
