PIM image is not started because of failing health checks

The PIM image is start up but health checks are failing so I cannot access the image via url.

The URL for health check shoudl be only `/health` https://github.com/kiegroup/droolsjbpm-integration/blob/master/process-migration-service/src/main/java/org/kie/processmigration/rest/HealthStatus.java before it was /rest/health because we were using MicroProfile Health 1.0
