Add ability to view Case dynamic tasks in Business Central

Given the dynamic nature of Case Managment would be useful to be able to see dynamic tasks added to a Case Instance during runtime.

It would be great to see an activity node appear on Process Diagram view or some visual indication that a new task was dynamically added to the case instance.
