Use 'call method' action of the guided rule editor. Basically that action allows you to invoke public methods on a variable. So in the screenshots[2][3] attached I bound a field of a object to a variable. As the field is a collection bound to variable guided rule editor will allow me to invoke public methods, where it belongs also the 'add' method.

If you import a Guided Rule asset with multiple "addAction" fields Business Central shows the multiples (as expected), but you can't add multiple manually when creating a new rule.
