    Description

      Creation of a new process takes a lot of time - like 4-5s even on clean installation.

      Probably, it is possible to give an access to the editor to a user as fast as possible and leave Git background work in parallel stream.

      Acceptance criteria

      Reduce the time spent for creating a new process (actual: 4-5sec)
