Self-managed PVC for business central using operator

I'm using the newest RHPAM and Operator to deploy the authoring environment of the application. I'm aware of githooks functionality but for me it's more suited for backing up the BPM project rather than all various internal repositories. Having to create them in GIT in order to have things properly backed up is sub-optimal. As a result if somebody deletes(by mistake or not) deployed KieApp config or modifies it in a way that would recreate PVC(not sure if this happens) then the whole config is lost.
What I would prefer is to have the ability to provide my own PVC and point Operator to use it in KieApp configuration.
