Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Create a project with a rule that uses a Date in LHS
2 - Create a Test Scenario to thest this rule
3 - Go to the Settings tab
4 - Change the date from "Use real date and time" to "Use a simulated date and time"
5 - Save and execute the test

When trying to use a simulated date in a test scenario the date included is not considered in the execution.
