Increase DataGrid 7.3 image tag version to 1.5

      New image version for DataGrid is available. We should change DataGrid 7.3 image tag to '1.5'.

      In our HA template is for specifying datagrid image env. variable "DATAGRID_IMAGE", default value of this variable is set to "registry.redhat.io/jboss-datagrid-7/datagrid73-openshift:1.4".

      In BA operator we have specified Datagrid image tag version in constants. There is set Image tag version to 1.3 - see https://github.com/kiegroup/kie-cloud-operator/blob/release-v1.4.x/pkg/controller/kieapp/constants/constants.go#L114
