Sample yaml CRs for the operator

    Description

      We currently have a default yaml CR for the operator, and a number of samples that we have not been able to leverage in OpenShift console in the past. The ConsoleYAMLSample CRD now allows samples to be added. We should carefully select and add meaningful examples of CRs using this approach.
