Stunner - Maximize and minimize panel in full screen mode shifts the whole designer

Switch to full screen mode (by pressing F11). Maximize panel. Hide alerts. View alerts. Minimize panel. Repeat the first four steps more times (two to three). Maximize panel. Hide alerts. Actual result Every time when performing the first four steps, redundant animation is shown. The whole editor is shifted. See shifted-editor.png in the attachment. Expected result Redundant animation is never shown. The editor is never shifted.
