When the database begins being unavailable during asynchronous command execution (custom class that implements Command interface) method onCommandError of CommandCallback is not called. Method handleException of AbstractAvailableJobsExecutor tries first update request with ERROR status an when it fails (because DB is still unavailable) callback is not called.
