Stunner - Unable to delete Case File and Global variables

1. Download the process/case.
2. Locate the variable in downloaded bpmn file and delete it.
   See examples below:
   • For Global variable with name "variableName":
     • Delete "<drools:global identifier="variableName" type="String"/>"
   • For Case file variable with name "caseFileVar":
     • Delete "<bpmn2:itemDefinition id="_caseFile_caseFileVarItem" structureRef="Integer"/>"
     • Delete "<bpmn2:property id="caseFile_caseFileVar" itemSubjectRef="_caseFile_caseFileVarItem" name="caseFile_caseFileVar"/>"
3. Delete the process/case in business-central.
4. Import previously downloaded and edited bpmn file back to business-central.

1. Create a Case Project
2. Create a Case Definition.
3. In properties panel, in the Case Management section, add a Case File Variable.
4. In properties panel, Add Global variable.
5. Try to delete variables.

Actual result

There is missing button for deleting variables.
It is not possible to delete variables.

Expected result

Button with "bin" image is shown next to each variable.
Once the button is clicked on, the variable is removed.
