User cannot add Data Object in Guided Rule Editor if it was created in a custom package

Create a new Project "TestGrePkg" and open it. Add new Package assert with name testGrePkg and default package Add new Data Object assert in the testGrePkg save and close Add new Guided rules asset in the testGrePkg and open it Add when cause Expected Add a condition or a rule dialog should appear and it should view all available Data Objects of the same package.
