Internet Explorer 11: error when creating TileNavComponent based on custom nav group

      1) Go to Pages perspective
      2) Create new Page "P" (with just HTML component)
      3) Add new nav tree with top level group "MyTree"
      4) Add new page item to "MyTree" that references "P"
      5) Create new Perspective "NavP"
      6) Drag & Drop new "Tile Nav Component" and select "MyTree" as the Navigation Item for this component
      7) Click OK

      Actual result: Error modal is shown, tile nav component is empty after added.
      "Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: (Error) : Unknown name. ."

      Expected result - > Tile nav component is created successfully

      Some notes:
      1) "Carousel" and "Tab List" components don't have these problems - they seem to work correctly in all tested cases
      2) The problem only appears when using groups that contain at least 1 custom perspective (not groups with only predefined perspectives).

      In Internet Explorer 11 it is impossible to create "Tile Nav Component" based on custom Navigation group. See steps to reproduce. I also added video with those steps recorded
