HA Business central crash during startup with error listed in attachment.

This issue is observed just for HA deployment, in case single Business central is deployed (for example with rhpam76-authoring.yaml) then there are no issues.

We faced similar issue before with 7.5.0 release ~~RHPAM-2443~~
