Upgrade workitem archetype for recent GA Versions

    Description

      Cannot create custom WIH for PAM 7.5.

      We need to add the compatible jbpm-workitems-archetype versions for 7.4 and 7.5 to maven central repo. Currently, we only have until 7.18.0.Final-redhat-00004 (compatible with 7.3).
