Imported project from url is not visible for other users on OpenShift [Cat1]

      1. Open a space by two users.
      2. Import a project from url by one of the users.
      3. Another user cannot see the project.
      4. User has to reopen the space to see the project.

      When user imports a project from url, it is not visible for other users which have opened the space where the project is imported.
