Description

Smart router will provided basic authentication for kie server instances against the smart router through a system property flag allowing backward
compatibility.

Expected behavior

If enabled Kie server will use basic authentication, allowing backward compatibility, to connect to smart router
The credentials provided by kie server to smart router . kie-server id as server instance and managment password custom property for router
The identity manager will be file stored based using hash.

Testing

Unit Test coverage 80% for the newly added method.
QE Integration tests running as a part of build pipeline.
