New image version for AMQ Broker is available we should change amq broker image tag to '7.5'. This version was release week ago.

In our immutable templates with amq is for specifying amq broker version env. variable "AMQ_BROKER_IMAGESTREAM_NAME", default value of this variable is set to "amq-broker:7.4". See default value in rhpam75-prod-immutable-kieserver-amq

Same changes are also required for APB and Operator. (See current versions constants in operator )
