According to BPMN 2.0 specification all icons for Throwing events (End and Intermediate) should be filled, but some End event's icons are not filled:

Also as you can see on the screen shot icons, small icons on the Pallet (and in quick menu) are correct, incorrect only icons on the canvas

Summary - Acually the following shapres for End Event types are not filled, but they must be (filled):
