After team discussion regarding KIECLOUD-286, the decision was to move forward with updating (homogenizing) our templates, APB and Operator such that all components except for Business/Decision Central will use the Rolling strategy. Business/Decision Central will continue to use the Recreate strategy. The reason this jira is considered type "Bug" is that the user experience is poor using the Recreate strategy when cycling KIE Servers.
