double execution when a subprocess finish with an undefined signal

      1. start parent
      2. complete the task of child
      3. 2 new tasks are created instead of 1

      Parent process calls a child process, the child process complete sending an undefined signal (default scope).
      As the child process completes, the parent process has a strange behaviour: it's like the child process trigger twice the completion, so looking a reusable subproc node it is executed twice and as well the following node is triggered twice.
