Create new process (jBPM process diagram) Add elements into the process: StartEvent: Start Escalation Throw Event: Escalation EndEvent: End Connecet elements as: Start -> Escalation -> End Double click on Escalation Edit The Escalation Event definition in the shown pop-up Click plus next to Escalation combo box Put Escalation name and code Confirm with Ok Again confirm with Ok Save the process Open Problems view There will be problem like in the attachments Similar error is not expected
