Business Central Should be Configured to Use 4GB of RAM

Business Central is configured to start with 1GB of RAM in the docker image. This should be reconfigured so that BC has 4GB of RAM. BC experiences instabilities when it is only allowed 1GB. This change should be made in the docker image and in the JBoss EAP installation.
