Incorrect annotations in rhpam74-managed.yaml template

rhpam74-managed.yaml template annotates Monitoring console deployment config with "services.server.kie.org/kie-server-id" annotation. However this annotation needs to be placed on Kie server deployment config, see for example rhpam74-authoring.yaml

Result of this misconfiguration is that Monitoring console resolves incorrect service IP address (Monitoring console one instead of Kie server service) and use this IP as Kie server IP in its controller. Effectively it means that monitoring console cannot connect to Kie server, throwing exceptions for process and task operations.
