Settings > Service Tasks does not support multiple branches

      2. In settings - Service Tasks view install a service task (e.g. `DecisionTask`)

      Expect result: the work item handler should initialized.
      Due to a but it is initialized in the `master` branch, whereas in the working branch it's not initialized:

      3. Work item Handler list is empty
