drools-wb-scenario-simulation-editor-api 7.14.0.Final-redhat-00002 missing from GA maven Repository

When they deploy rule in the decision manager a drools application in Business central, the following dependency is added to pom-xml.

<version>7.14.0.Final-redhat-00002</version>
<scope>test</scope>
</dependency>

But this version is missing in the GA maven Repository:
