Model Process Start->Service Task->End

Actual Result:

It is possible to model process with Service Task, but:

It is not possible to set up a call of Web Service at all

It is not possible to send data to java method or get response from it

Expected Result:

Unfinished feature shouldn't present in the release.

Current implementation of General Service Task almost useless and should be disabled for the product until it will be done.
