1. Run 6.4.0.CR1 Installer
2. In BPMS User Creation page add "rest-all, kie-server"
3. Finish
4. Open "application-roles.properties" to see duplicate roles

When adding roles using UI in Installer, the role is added even when it is already contained in the file.
