Dropdowns in Security perspective can not be controlled by keyboard

      There is an issue in dropdowns, when user decides to change their value by keyboard. The user is able to show/expand the dropdown, however if he wants to change its value by Arrow Key Up or Down, the exception is thrown. See the steps to reproduce.
