Currently, In Business Central, on the metrics screen, the Commit History table displays the different commits (saves) performed on the current project, without the option to revert/restore to a certain commit.

This feature will be very helpful when deleting (intentionally or unintentionally) an artifact. As per today, reverting to a commit preceding a delete action is impossible within Business Central.
