business-central-monitoring.war.dodeploy present in jboss-bpmsuite-7.0-business-central-eap7.zip

Hi,

I have found in 7.0.0.LA ER3 build that jboss-bpmsuite-7.0.0.LA.ER3-collection.zip/jboss-bpmsuite-7.0-business-central-eap7.zip/jboss-eap-7.0/standalone/deployments directory contains business-central-monitoring.war.dodeploy file for EAP although there is no business-central-monitoring.war file in the ZIP archive. Therefore, we should avoid bundling it so it doesn't confuse users.
