The wizard has no words to guide me as to what to do.
I am expected to know things, which goes against the idea of a wizard.
It does not speak to the LHS/RHS that is typical of basic knowledge.
It does not create a normal variable use like Lease lease like I would expect.

In general it would be better to just not have this, rather than have something that is just aggravating to a user.

Wizard implies ease of use, and sadly this doesn't deliver.
