Service Tasks Admin - Palette of an existing process is not in sync with project settings change

      Close and reopen the Process Designer editor to refresh the service tasks palette.

      1. create a project
      2. create process p1
      3. go to project settings, install a new service task
      4. create process p2
      5. check that service task is present in the palette of p2
      6. create simplistic process using the newly added task
      7. go to process p1
      8. examine the palette and see that the service task is not available
      9. go to project settings, uninstall the service task
      10. go to process p2
      11. examine the palette and see that the service task is still present in diagram and available in palette

      After enabling/disabling a service task in administration page, installing/uninstalling it in project's settings 'Service tasks' section and navigating to the project assets, there's issue with processes, that existed before the settings change.
      When such process is opened the palette reflects the state from time the process was created, i.e.
      1. after installation of a service task in the project the item is not shown in palette
      2. after uninstallation of a service task in the project the item is still shown in palette
