Navigation in business central appears to be controlled by Javascript redirects, not actual web links. This, in a way, tricks the browser and breaks back button behavior. This also prevents deep linking to any part of business central as any new tab results in the entire application being reloaded. This makes navigation extremely slow and tedious as any new tab results in going back to the homepage
