Liveness check (..../services/rest/server/healthcheck) should validate Kie server if it is operational and ready to server requests.
When container deployment on Kie server fails (for example due to wrong GAV) then Kie server is restarted. After restart the Kie server starts to ready state (can serve requests), however since the failed container is still present in Kie server config the Kie server is restarted again after several minutes.
This behaviour makes the Kie server deployment unstable and inconsistent.
