Update persistence.xml for tests with properties needed for Narayana

    Description

      With Narayana changes there is a need for additional properties in persistence.xml file from drools-persistence-jpa module. This blocks testing of DB2 10.5 database, because when running the tests, they fail randomly without additional properties.
