      2. create Start->End processA in project first

      4. create processB in project second
      5. in processB add reusable sub-process and try to set Called Element property to processA

      Actual Result:
      You won't see processA in process suggestion list

      Expected Result:
      You will see processA in process suggestion list and will be able to set it as Callable Element

      It was possible before to add as reusable sub-process process from different project, but it is not valid anymore. I guess it was caused by redesign of library perspective.
