Business-central fails to start after patch update from 7.0.0 -> 7.1.0

      After applying the 7.1.0 update tool (for both business-central and kie-server) on a RHPAM 7.0.0 installation, business-central fails to deploy:

      The same does not happen when applying the 7.0.2 patch first.

      However, the installer does not indicate that this is necessary.
