Error appears after clicking New Instance in MultipleSubForm Field properties modal window

      1. Create a new simple process with a process variable of type java.util.List.
      2. Save the process and generate all forms.
      3. Open the generated process form and drag and drop the variable to the canvas. The Field properties modal window opens with the Field Type set to MultipleSubForm.
      4. In Table Columns section, click New Instance.
      -> An error message appears.
