Stunner - MI input data is not migrated

      1. Create new / open existing project
      2. Import attached cars.bpmn
      3. Check MI subprocess node
        1. MI Input Collections == cars
        2. MI Input Data == car
      4. Click Migrate in Toolbar
      5. Check MI subprocess node
        1. MI Input Collections == cars, it is correct
        2. MI Input Data != car, it should be car as previously

      When user migrates process created by Stunner to older bpmn2 process and this process contains MI subprocess node with set MI input/ouput data, this MI input/ouput data are not migrated.
