We already know in our openshift scripts when an image is being configured for clustering: https://github.com/jboss-container-images/jboss-kie-modules/blob/master/jboss-kie-workbench/added/launch/jboss-kie-workbench.sh#L148-L156 . What we need to do is just add to that section some code to uncomment <distributable/> in the web.xml. The change would just be in that one script, and it would work for both businesscentral and decisioncentral "authoring-ha", without breaking "authoring".
