Adjust rhpam71-authoring-ha template based on WebSocket limitations

      Template rhpam71-authoring-ha.yaml creates 2 Workbench nodes and 2 Kie server nodes. However because of JBPM-6601 there isn't possible to use cluster of Kie servers connected using WebSockets to cluster of Workbenches (controllers).

      I think that the simplest solution for now is to provide just 1 Kie server node in the template. dward-se-jboss What do you think?
