Standardize RHPAM application templates, all templates must have following setup:

Annotations to add:
-> openshift.io/long-description
-> template.openshift.io/documentation-url
-> openshift.io/provider-display-name: Red Hat, Inc
-> template.openshift.io/support-url: https://access.redhat.com
-> template.openshift.io/bindable: false

All template parameters must have the following fields:
-> displayName
-> name
-> description
->required

Deployment and Build configs must have the annotation:
-> template.alpha.openshift.io/wait-for-ready: "true"
