Exception thrown when creating new project in clustered Business central

      Deploy clustered Business central using rhpam70-authoring-ha.yaml - leave default values where applicable.
      Open Business central using route URL.
      Open project page, click on Add project.
      Fill project name, click on Add.
      =>
      Exception is thrown.

    Description

      The issue can be simulated on clustered Business central - template rhpam70-authoring-ha.yaml.
      In case user tries to create a new project then an exception is thrown, see stacktrace in attachment.

      This issue happens just sometimes. The second attempt to create a project often succeeds, however the created project seems not to be correctly replicated between nodes.
