Cloning managed repo as unmanaged causes menu on project editor displays different options for user using same roles in BxMS 6

      1. create two user with same roles:
      brmsuser - admin,analyst,kiemgmt,developer
      brmsuser1 - admin,analyst,kiemgmt,developer

      2. create managed repository in business-central;
      3. backup xx.git repo created from .niogit and then delete it on business-central;
      4. clone this xx.git repo by using brmsuser and letting "is managed:" unchecked;
      5. go to Project Editor and click on "Build" button;
      6. now log out and log in as brmsuser1 and go to Project Editor again, see the options in "Build" button.

      After cloning a managed repository as unmanaged to business-central, it displays different options for Project Editor "build" button depending on the user even if they have same roles.

      The user used to clone the repo can view only "Build & Deploy" option as a unmanaged repo should be. Other users view "Compile, Build & Deploy and Build & Install" options as a managed repository.

      The issue is that authentication is required for further users to deploy the project, only user used to create it can deploy the project.
