Not possible to edit existing Deployment Descriptor configuration

      Once you add new config inside deployment descriptor using UI - e.g. work item handler - it's not possible to edit that entry - edit button is simply not there. To edit, you need to delete and add changed version.

      It was possible to edit existing config in V6 so this seems like a regression
