    Description

      For better (rendering) performance for Stunner in Chrome, it's recommended to set some flags.

      In order to let the user know about this, the idea is to show a popup, only when using Chrome, and alert the user about the flags proposed for being enabled. The popup must contain as well the "never show again" option.
