[GSS](7.z) Not able to create project in offline environment.

      xstream-1.4.10.jar is available in business-central.war/WEB-INF/lib directory. Intsall this jar file into local maven repository using below command:

      mvn install:install-file -Dfile=${JBOSS_HOME}/standalone/deployments/business-central.war/WEB-INF/lib/xstream-1.4.10.jar -DgroupId=com.thoughtworks.xstream -DartifactId=xstream -Dversion=1.4.10 -Dpackaging=jar

      When we create a new project in RHPAM for the first time, following dependencies are downloaded.

      But in offline environments its not able to create project. It fails with exception:
