Spaces created is not in sync with Admin section (Admin>>Library>>Organization Units)

Consider you have created 2 Spaces in Decision Manager UI If you go to Admin section (Admin->Library->Organization Units) , here you could see only one organization unit in the list under Properties, which should be 2 as per number of Spaces created. Also, if you try changing the name of Organization Unit in properties, corresponding Space name doesn't get changed or reflected in Menu -> Projects.
